The second Saturday of the month at Sally O'Briens in Somerville, MA in the heart of Union Square at 6 PM is a very special time. Tom Hagerty's Big Band performs and the crowd is ready. Originals and Covers fill the air with the dance floor packed and the fans singing along with each tune. The majority are regulars here to see a band that they all know they are so fortunate to see. It's reminiscent of Billy Joels song The Piano Man when the crowd says, "Man, what are you doing here?" Tom Hagerty's Big Band is made up of some really great musicians.
